What we do NOT collect

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, Social Security numbers, bank account or card numbers, or government ID numbers.

What we collect

• Browsing the free funnel: the brands you pick are kept in your browser (session storage) and are not sent to us unless you subscribe.
• When you subscribe: your email address, the brands you picked, your subscription status, and the claims you mark in the tracker (settlement, status, and date marked filed). These are stored on your customer record in Stripe, our payment processor.
• Payment details: collected and held by Stripe, not by us. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Copy-ready details (name, address, phone): stored only in your own browser's local storage. They are never transmitted to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.
• Technical logs: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes request data such as IP address for security and delivery. Our error logs record what failed, not your personal details.

How we use it

To run your subscription, sign you in, send the emails you signed up for (receipts, sign-in links, deadline reminders, new-settlement alerts, payment and cancellation notices) and to keep the Service secure. These are service emails, not marketing. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

• Stripe (payments and subscription records)
• Resend (sending our service emails)
• Cloudflare (hosting and delivery)

We share data with others only when the law requires it.

Your choices

Cancel any time from your account page. To see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, email contact@greyridgesignals.ai from the address you subscribed with. We will act on it within 30 days, except where we must keep payment records for tax or legal reasons.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13.
