Terms of Service

ClaimFinder (the "Service") is operated by Grey Ridge Signals Group LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service or buying ClaimFinder Plus you agree to these terms. Contact: contact@greyridgesignals.ai.

1. What we are and are not

We are an information and organizing tool. We are not a law firm, a court or a settlement administrator, we do not give legal advice, we do not represent you, and we are not affiliated with any settlement, defendant, plaintiff or administrator. Nothing on the Service creates an attorney-client relationship.

2. Filing is free

You can file a claim for any settlement directly on its official website at no cost. You do not need ClaimFinder to do so. Plus does not file claims for you. You are responsible for reading each settlement's rules and for the accuracy of anything you submit.

3. No guarantees

Listings, payout figures, deadlines and eligibility summaries are compiled from official and government sources and from SettleSignal's open data (see section 11), and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Payout figures are estimates or totals, not amounts any person will receive. We do not guarantee that you qualify, that a claim will be approved, or that you will be paid. Always confirm deadlines and eligibility on the official site. Do not file a claim unless you meet the official eligibility requirements.

4. ClaimFinder Plus: price, renewal, cancelling

• Yearly: $39.99 per year, charged today and every year on the anniversary until cancelled.
• Monthly: $9.99 per month, charged today and every month until cancelled.
• Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.
• Plus includes a claim tracker, email deadline reminders, email alerts for new settlements for brands you pick, and a place to keep details to copy into official forms.
• Cancel any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access to the end of the period already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
• Refunds: if you were charged and do not want the service, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that charge. Otherwise payments for a started period are not refundable except where the law requires.
• If a renewal payment fails we will email you; access may end if payment cannot be collected.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number. We do not ask for Social Security numbers or bank account details and you should not send them to us.

6. Your account

You sign in by emailed link. Keep your email account secure. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to access it by automated means beyond ordinary use, interfere with it, or use it to file claims you know to be false.

8. Third-party sites

Links lead to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or the outcome of claims you file there.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for money you did not receive from any settlement.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the date above. Price changes for existing subscribers will be emailed in advance and apply only from the next renewal, giving you the chance to cancel first.

11. Data sources and attribution

Settlement data on the Service comes in part from SettleSignal (settlesignal.com), licensed under CC BY 4.0. We changed the data: we filtered and reformatted it. SettleSignal does not endorse ClaimFinder. See How we verify.
